# paperplane — Mail a real letter from code

> Upload a PDF or paste text. We print it, stuff it, stamp it, and hand it to USPS — from $0.99, no account required.

paperplane is agent-native: the MCP endpoint and REST API are the product, and the website is just a client of them. No account, no API key, no monthly fee — every order carries its own payment.

## What it costs

| Class | Price | What it is |
| - | - | - |
| First-Class | \$0.99 | 1 page, USPS First-Class. |
| Certified | \$12.99 | Proof of mailing + tracking. |
| Certified + e-Return Receipt | \$14.99 | A signed USPS delivery record. |
| Priority | \$24.99 | Flat-rate envelope. |

Postcards and the notecard are a separate `format`, not a mail class —
priced per piece, postage included: **$0.99** (4x6), **$2.99** (6x9),
**$3.49** (6x11), and the notecard from **$1.99** (folded and enclosed, not
open-face like a postcard). Notecards start at $1.99 and can include
handwritten typography; for $1 more, a robot hand-writes it with a real pen
(`handwriting: "pen"`, \$2.99). Message-only for now (no custom photo/artwork
side); see [Mail formats](/docs/concepts#mail-formats).

Each order is paid individually (a paperplane payment link or prepaid credit code). No subscription, no account.

## Content rules

Every letter is screened before printing. Lawful demand letters and firm legal language are explicitly allowed; threats, fraud, and impersonation are refused and the payment released.
