Send a thank you card online

The short answer
A thank you card deserves a real envelope and a real stamp. Write your message and paperplane mails a folded notecard. The base card is $1.99 with a handwritten typeface. For $1.00 more, a robot writes it with a real pen in real ink. Postage and the envelope are included.
How it works
- Write your thank you. Keep it short: what you are thankful for and a personal line. The preview shows the card as it will print.
- Choose handwriting. The typeface card is $1.99. Pen-written is $2.99.
- Add the address and pay. One price covers the card, the envelope and USPS postage.
- We mail it. The card goes out in a sealed envelope, so it arrives like a greeting card.
What it costs
| Service | Price |
|---|---|
| Thank you card, handwritten typeface | $1.99 |
| Thank you card, written with a real pen | $2.99 |
Who it is for
- You received a gift, a referral or a kind gesture and want to say thanks without buying a box of cards.
- You want the note to feel personal, with a real envelope and stamp, not an email.
- An agent or script sends the thank you and you approve it first.
When it is not the right tool
- You need a long letter; a letter is cheaper per page.
- You need a dated USPS mailing record; send Certified Mail instead.
- You are sending marketing mail in bulk; a postcard or direct mail service fits better.

Questions before you send
If something goes wrong, do I pay?
If we cannot mail the letter, the hold on your card is released and you are not charged. If a letter fails after your card is charged, you are refunded automatically and in full.
Is a thank you card the same as a notecard?
Yes. A thank you card is a notecard used for a specific occasion. paperplane prints and mails the same folded card either way.
Can I send the same thank you to a list?
Yes, through the API or a CSV mail merge. Each card is addressed individually.
Does the pen version look like a person wrote it?
A robot writes it with a real pen in real ink. It is not a person writing each card, but the result is real handwriting.
